● Ideal Candidate

○ Zwarttech is looking for a People Manager with a psychology background who

can help contribute to our training program in Den Haag starting on the 1st of

October, 2021. The candidate will look after the trainee needs for personal

development and self-actualization. The candidate will also be responsible for

other tasks related to our training program at Zwart Academy.

○ Demonstrated psychology skills with an ability to understand people and provide

on-spot positive reassurance to them, keeping company in consideration

○ Leverage on what makes the people tick, what motivates them, and when and

how they’re at their most productive when having a conversation with them

○ Realize the fact that often the smallest gestures can have the most significant

impact.

○ Always be in touch, be accessible and approachable to the employees

○ Find ways to keep people motivated and make the most out of their potential

○ Always remember to be honest and lead by example!

○ Enjoy doing spontaneous activities and researches.
