○ Zwarttech is looking for 3-5 Business Development interns to support its

operations and grow into the Dutch market. The suitable candidates must be

proficient in the English language. In addition, candidates must have a passion

for social impact and an interest in bridging social class, gender, and race gaps.

Most importantly, they should have the ability to think outside the box and have

innovative ideas to provide solutions to the challenges coming their way. We are

a super fast-paced tech company, and suitable candidates will enjoy a fantastic

learning and development experience.

● Who you are

○ The candidates must have strong communication skills and be confident to pull

off conversations with C-level executives and form valuable business

partnerships.

○ Manage, track and report business development activities and results using the

internal CRM

○ Able to travel within and outside the EU for events and conferences hosted by us or

participating in.

○ Ability to speak in Public and hold pleasant conversations with C-Level Executives

○ Networking and Partnership fostering

○ Promptly follow-up and qualify leads

○ Making phone calls and presentations when needed

○ Have the ability to perform market research to find potential business partners,

funding options, prospects etc

○ Initiating smart lead finding
